Are Hebrew Israelites descendants of David?

I believe so, it says in 1 Kings 10 concerning the visit from the Queen of Sheba and King Solomon,

¹³ King Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba all her desire which she requested, besides what he gave her according to his royal bounty. Then she turned and went to her own land together with her servants. (1 Kings 10:13)

All her desire which she requested, besides what he gave her according to his royal bounty. It was not in accordance with his royal bounty to give what he did, but I believe he did, and these became the Hebrew Israelites of today.
