God and abortion

[1] We are to be fruitful and multiply [2] (have godly children). [3] Sacrificing them for any reason was never commanded. [4] It is not “her body,” it is the husband’s, [5] and if he chooses to follow other gods and sacrifice his children the penalty is death. [6] If conception is out of wedlock, then she has “played the harlot” which penalty is also death. [7] If conception was due to rape, [8] all things will work together for good and at no point should the child be killed in the mother’s womb, [9] for you shall not boil a young goat in it’s mother’s milk. [10] Is it goats God is concerned about? Or does He say it altogether for our sakes? More specifically, [11] if two men were fighting and one accidentally hurt a woman with child, so she gave birth prematurely without further injury, he is to be punished according to what the husband and judges determine. If any harm follows it’s life for life, eye for eye. If it’s “the woman’s right,” [12] then Jesus says, “For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.”

Now it was about three months later that Judah was informed, “Your daughter-in-law Tamar has played the harlot, and behold, she is also with child by harlotry.” Then Judah said, “Bring her out and let her be burned!”
